个人简介:
曾在企业工作4年多,现为食品学院教师,食品包装教研室主任,上海市教委“食品冷链物流品质控制”高水平团队科研骨干。近年来主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划、上海市高校青年教师资助计划、校企合作项目、上海海洋大学科技发展专项等多个项目的研究,在Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、Food Control、LWT - Food Science and Technology、《农业工程学报》、《食品科学》等国内外核心期刊上发表论文50余篇(第一/通讯作者),授权发明专利6项(已完成成果转化1项)。作为主要完成人获得上海市技术发明奖三等奖1项、浦东新区技术发明奖二等奖1项、中国包装联合会科学技术奖三等奖1项、中国食品工业协会科学技术奖二等奖1项。
教学与课程:
本科生:食品包装技术、包装机械与设备、食品包装标准与法规、包装材料学(实验)、产品包装创新实践等。其中《包装机械与设备》获上海高校市级重点课程建设(2022-2023)。
