个人简介:
李大鹏,男,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,现为上海市教委“食品冷链及品质控制”高水平团队科研骨干。中国农业大学水产品加工及贮藏工程专业博士;美国路易斯安那州立大学联合培养博士;中国农业大学农业工程专业博士后。主持或参与国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市农业农村委员会春蕾计划、中国博士后面上项目等多项国家级、省部级的项目课题,发表SCI收录论文30余篇。
学术兼职:
中国农学会青年委员会委员、中国农业工程学会农产品物流工程专业委员会委员、上海市食品学会青年委员会委员。《International Journal of Food Science and Technology》名誉副主编、《Journal of Future Foods》、《食品工业科技》、《渔业科学进展》《肉类研究》等期刊青年编委。
