
刘宁 博士 副教授 硕士生导师
研究方向:
1. 海洋及药食同源资源中代谢调控与抗肿瘤生物活性成分(功能活性肽、小分子等)的发现及其在功能食品与医美产品中的开发应用。
2. 结合CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑与多组学分析,挖掘调控营养代谢及肿瘤耐药的新靶点与作用机制。
个人简介:
华东师范大学,生物医学,博士;美国哈佛大学访问学者。入选上海市白玉兰人才浦江项目,现任上海市高等学校一流本科课程《生物化学》负责人。主要从事海洋功能活性成分挖掘及其调控营养代谢的分子机制研究。迄今,已在Semin Cancer Biol、Cell Death Dis、Nat Commun、Cell Commun Signal、Nucleic Acids Res、FASEB J、Cell Res、Front Pharmacol、J Biol Chem等国际学术期刊发表论文28篇。作为项目负责人和科研骨干主持并完成国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金和上海市白玉兰浦江人才等科研项目21项。

教学与课程:
作为《生物化学》课程负责人,累计承担教学任务近1500学时。长期推进课程改革与教学模式创新,主持完成5项教学改革与示范课程建设项目。自2019年起主持建设“外国留学生英语授课示范性课程”,推动课程实施线上线下混合式教学,累计开展10轮双语教学,课程获评“上海市高等学校一流本科课程”。个人曾获上海海洋大学“汉宝奖教金”、“爱普奖教金”一等奖、“教师技能大赛”二等奖、“受学生欢迎的好老师”等荣誉,主讲课程连续多年获评校级“好课堂”。主要承担课程如下:
