1.       食品中主要食源性病原生物的快速检测研究。

2.       食源性病原菌的风险控制研究。

3.       天然活性成分通过影响肠道菌群与人类健康及疾病预防的关系和机制研究。

个人简历:

2006年毕业于南京农业大学微生物学专业,获博士学位。2012-2013年美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院微生物系访问学者。2015-2016年上海市农业委员会农产品质量安全监管处挂职。2011年入选上海海洋大学首届海燕人才计划。

学术兼职:

上海市食品学会会员、微生物学会会员、食品安全专委会委员、抗生素专委会委员,Food ChemistryFood MicrobiologyInternational Journal of Food MicrobiologyFood Control等期刊审稿专家。
